This special edition exhibition catalog features more than twenty-five high-quality reproductions of Jenny Lynn McNutt’s ceramic sculptures, as well as early paintings, and illustrations of process and sources of inspiration. Essays by Tom Sleigh and John Yau, and poetry by Carol Durak, introduce the work.

About the Artist
Jenny Lynn McNutt has shown sculpture, painting, and multimedia performances nationally and in China, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Milan, Dublin, Eastern Europe, and North and West Africa. Her porcelain sculptures were included in the American Academy of Arts & Letters, Invitational Exhibition of Visual Arts, New York. Oracle, Li Qingzhao, created in China, was awarded an Art Purchase Prize in 2020, and was acquired by the Yale University Art Gallery.
McNutt received her MFA from Yale School of Art and received the Helen Winternitz award. She was also awarded a senior Fulbright Fellowship to West and Central Africa in 1992 and an Eastman Foundation grant for her documentary film of West African Dance and Music. Her teaching includes Pratt Institute, Parsons School of Art, Art Institute of Chicago, and Yale University, among others. Currently, she is cohead of the Painting Atelier at The New York Studio School.
